Local Return policies apply only to purchases made at Pop-ups, the Trendy Décor showroom at Time Montecillo,

or online orders with “Store Pickup @ Trendy Decor” selected at checkout.

​All local returns must be presented with a receipt and will be issued as store credit or exchanged for other item(s).​

The customer has 15 calendar days to return any incorrect, damaged, and/or defective item(s) from the day of purchase

and 7 calendar days to return any "Change of Mind" item(s) from the day of purchased.

​All returned item(s) must be in their original packaging with their original tags attached.​

​

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the items prior to wash and wear.

Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains and odors.

We will NOT accept any item that does not meet these requirements, NO EXCEPTIONS.​​​

All returned item(s) that have been altered/manipulated/modified, used, and/or washed, will automatically be denied.
